This week’s theme for the Flickr Macro Mondays group is “Kitchen.” From this week’s instructions (via Moderator Helen Orozco):
As most of us are still all at home let’s look in the kitchen this week for a macro shot.
We would like to see any kitchen item such as a utensil, pot, pan, gadget or similar that is used in your kitchen to prepare, cook or serve your meal. Strictly NO food or food items only kitchen utensils, gadgets or equipment. It will be a great help to us if you give a brief description of what your item is.
So get into your kitchen open your cupboards, open your drawers and let’s rattle those pots and pans along with any other utensils or kitchen equipment and show us your best macro photo.

Daily Ninja
On average, for the last 7-8 years about 4-5 days a week, I’ve been consuming the same basic thing almost everyday… a protein smoothie for lunch and a salad for dinner. I’m still using my old Ninja blender for my smoothies and thought it would be a perfect fit for the Macro Mondays theme of kitchen this week. This is the top blade of my Ninja… it’s a little dinged up but still going strong! Just like me, ha!
