The beginning of August means we have a whole new set of challenges at 9th & Bloom! If you are unfamiliar with our challenges, they are a fun and easy way to earn cash to the store. Every month, we offer 5 new challenges in our Challenge District. For each challenge you complete, you earn one point. Save 12 points to redeem for a $10 gift certificate to 9th & Bloom! The challenges include: Inspired Impressions, Template Fusion, Vintage Corner, Trendsetter, and Shutterbug. Trust me, these are fun, easy, and can really inspire you to push your creativity!
As the permanent host of the Shutterbug Challenge at 9th & Bloom, I invite you to join me in learning more about photography.
I love photography and I’m really excited to be offering new challenges to grow your photography skills each month. After all, scrapping is all about the photos! This month’s theme is architecture. I want to see a photo of a building, house, restaurant, church, or other place that has personal or historical significance. But don’t just show me a photo of a flat front… get creative! Let us see a small detail, an interesting angle, the inside of the building, or the larger setting in which it resides. Tell us about your choice and why the architecture of this particular place means something to you. So come on over and join me in the August Shutterbug Challenge!
Tracey Monette and Saxon Holt have teamed up to bring you Academic Overload, a huge collab of small kits covering every single detail of school life from pre-school through graduation. Each part is coordinated perfectly with the others so that you can easily mix and match the different packages for maximum use. Including more than 40 small kits, Academic Overload is a collection of specific products for each school level along with a good mix of general scrapping items that can be used on any pages – regardless of their content.
I used just 2 mini-kits from this huge collection: I Play Basketball from Tracey Monette and It’s Elementary by Saxon Holt.
