Have you ever seen an artichoke in bloom? I hadn’t! I didn’t even know they could bloom. Just before our neighbors moved, they brought over this gorgeous flower. It was so hard to say goodbye to the Gasaway family and I will treasure the time we had with them. I took a series of photos with this incredible specimen and will be posting them over the next week. This is the first of six images.
