This week’s theme for the Flickr Macro Monday group is “Ready for the Day.” From this week’s instructions (from Hans Holt):
I want you to photograph something you use every morning after waking up. I don’t ask you to take a picture of a part of yourself, but of a product or tool you use to look and smell fresh, fruity and beautiful again for the new day.
Examples could be: toothbrush, toothpaste, sponge, soap, deodorant, lipstick, eyeliner, eyelash extensions, mascara, razor blades, comb, hairbrush, hair clips, perfume, after shave, cotton swaps, etc. etc. Please add the proper tags in the Tags area: “Macro Mondays” and this week’s theme “Ready for the Day.”
Drawing Them In
Ever since I had my thyroid gland removed in 2016, my eyebrows are virtually nonexistent. My brows are sparse and light, so I have to use an eyebrow pencil to draw them in. I have tried powders, pastes, and a variety of pencils. Thankfully, this L’Oreal pencil seems to do a pretty good job as long as the tip is sharpened. This is the last thing I do with my makeup routine to be ready for the day.
