Jenny is my little angel on earth. I can so vividly remember her soft baby skin, the smell of her head, the way her little fingers curled around my finger, and how sweet my doctor was when I asked him, “Am I allowed to kiss her?” I was smitten instantly. It’s hard to believe that she turns 24 years old today. Where has the time gone? She’s truly a grown up now, she’s married and has a job, she and her husband are looking at houses. The thing about Jenny is that she’s the most genuine, honest, and real person I’ve ever met. She’s never once compromised her values (and lord knows, I’ve had my moments!). Jenny is a rare soul, and I feel soooo lucky to be her mom. I look way out into the future, and I know she will always be this smart, witty, well-read, caring, kind, generous, loving angel on earth.
Happy Birthday, Angel.
