Orange and Black

I could not identify this little guy. There are tarantula hawk wasps in our area, but their wings are all orange… sometimes the tips are black… but this doesn’t quite match perfectly. If anyone knows what this insect is, I’d love to know! The orange and black colors really pop against the white and green. Taken at the Tye Preston Memorial Library in Canyon Lake in their butterfly garden.
