The Photographer Within’s Project 52 ~ A Year in Song has been an amazing journey to watch! Each week, our TPW members continue to inspire me with their artistry and creativity. Our lyrical prompt for Week 46 of The Photographer Within‘s P52 Year in Song was from A Hazy Shade of Winter by Simon and Garfunkel and the lyrics we had to shoot were: “Look around, leaves are brown and the sky is a hazy shade of winter.” Try as I might, I just couldn’t shoot a dreary winter image. We had some cold, wet, gray weather, and I even went out in the rain to take some photos, but blech! They were ugly! So instead I celebrate sunny yellow sunflowers and pretty blue skies… my {anti}winter blues and the reason I live in Texas. I hope you can find some sunshine in your winter day!
