The Photographer Within’s Project 52 ~ A Year in Song has been an amazing journey to watch! Each week, our TPW members continue to inspire me with their artistry and creativity. Our lyrical prompt for Week 39 of The Photographer Within‘s P52 was from Fly Me to the Moon by Frank Sinatra and the lyrics we had to shoot were: “Fly me to the moon.“ The 121st Annual Comal County Fair was this weekend, and it’s such a big local event that the schools close down on Friday, calling it “Fair Day,” and students get in for free until 6 p.m. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the fair, especially after Dominic won a goldfish and Anna won a parakeet playing midway games! Finn the goldfish is now living in a new 5-gallon tank on Dominic’s dresser. Sky the budgerigar is happily chirping in his new birdcage and goes wherever Anna goes. Anna is completely enchanted with Sky. She spent all day on Sunday talking to him and playing him music videos (he especially likes Katy Perry). I think the kids are ready for the responsibility of our new additions to the family. What a great weekend!
