I’m not sure what we did this past week, but it flew by! Mom kept Anna Saturday night (and took her to see Despicable Me 2… Anna’s third time so far <have I talked about her obsession with the Minions yet? remind me and I will… oy!>, my mom rocks) so Curtis and I took Dominic out to scope out a possible location for the upcoming Austin ClickinWalk at the end of September. We ended up on S. 1st Street thanks to a suggestion from a fellow CMer… an area that I haven’t visited since graduating high school in 1987. It’s so eclectic and so Austin. We ate at Bouldin Creek Cafe, a vegetarian restaurant, and I was pleased that Dominic tried his first veggie burger. Today we spent the day at Sea World, for Dominic’s late birthday celebration, and Jenny and Chris came along too. It was fun, but hot and tiring. I think I got a sunburn!
Here are some photos from the week. 🙂
Day 213 ~ Two Sisters, Two Shoes
I adore Hallie and Lola, the sweet little girls that live down the street. Lola forgot her shoes so Hallie shared one of hers with her sister. Aww!!!
Day 213 ~ Making Her Laugh
The girls and their dad came in to visit and Dominic quickly got Hallie giggling.
Day 215 ~ Welcome to South Austin
Day 215 ~ Gully Cat Tattoo
Day 215 ~ Customer and Barista
Day 215 ~ Inviting Vignette
Day 215 ~ Dark Night
Thanks for looking! Have a great week. <3
